Whether you enjoy a book by the fire, a walk along the river or would like to explore the area - all the comfort is included. Families and pets are welcome - there is a lot of space to walk and run and even a tree house for the kids to have lots of fun!

Burnfoot Holiday Cottages are situated in the grounds of Burnfoot House amid soft rolling hills, approximately 4 miles from the town of Langholm metres from the River Esk. There are 4 cottages, accommodating 2 to 7 people, which are part of a converted Victorian stable block, ideal for couples, families and groups of friends. There is salmon/trout fishing on the private Burnfoot beat by prior arrangement.

A cosy newly decorated apartment comprising of bedroom, living room, bathroom modern kitchen with oven and microwave. Situated opposite The Buccleuch centre theatre offering entertainment and a lovely food menu. Off road parking directly outside The Burrow.  Would comfortably sleep two but there is additional sleeping in the form of a sofa bed in the living room. Wi fi, hair dryer, towels and basic toiletries provided.

Set within the tiny village of Bentpath, this charming detached stone cottage provides a peaceful retreat with wonderful views over the Eskdale hills. Warm and inviting, it has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. There is a cosy sitting room with  a wood-burning stove in a traditional fireplace. The soft furnishings are a tasteful reminder that you have crossed the Border.
